Joe brings over 35 years of executive management experience to Fireman Capital Partners. Joe is leading the evaluation and due diligence of target portfolio companies' key executives and management teams. As the former president of Genuity, a two billion dollar internet infrastructure company, and Lynch Interactive, a telecom holding company, both publically traded, Joe lead and managed thousands of employees worldwide. Prior to Genuity, Joe served as a corporate officer and president of various Verizon divisions and subsidiaries, including Bell Atlantic Data Solutions Group, NYNEX International, and NYNEX Mobile. Joe led Verizon's early expansion and growth in Europe and Asia as well as leading the design, construction and operation of the first wireless phone systems in New York and Boston.

Joe holds a BS from Fordham University and an MBA in Finance from St. John's University. Joe serves on the Board of Directors for Evolution Fresh, TAUNTR and Federal One Holdings, a bank holding company, and is trustee and chairman of the finance, audit, and investment committees for the College of New Rochelle. Joe has also held trusteeships of the Whitney Museum of Art as well as the Museum of TV and Radio. Joe has also held board positions with several telecom companies in both Europe and Asia.
