Artur Spigel - Advisor

At Fireman Capital Partners, Artur serves as an Advisor to the group.  He founded Artfire Films with Dan Fireman in 2005, where he oversees the company as the CEO.  Through Artfire, Artur produced Paper Man, a comedy starring Ryan Reynolds, Jeff Daniels, Lisa Kudrow and Emma Stone, George A. Romero’s last two features, Diary of the Dead and his recently untitled feature, and The People Speak, the groundbreaking documentary based on Howard Zinn’s bestselling book, The People’s History of the United States, with partners Matt Damon, Josh Brolin and Chris Moore and starring such notable talent as Sean Penn, Robert Redford, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Morgan Freeman, Eddie Vedder, Pink, Viggo Mortensen, Rosario Dawson, Benjamin Bratt, Wyclef Jean, John Legend, Kerry Washington and many others.

Artur is also an award winning television director and producer, and has established himself as an industry innovator in youth entertainment and marketing.   Through his creative agency, 7ATE9 Entertainment, Artur has been entrusted with some of the biggest entertainment brands in the world.   He has created campaigns and content for global clients including Disney, FOX, MTV, Warner Brothers, AT&T and many others.   Artur is the creator and executive producer of The Disney Channel Games, a tent pole broadcasting event seen in over 120 countries which features teen stars like The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, and the cast of High School Musical.  Artur is has also partnered with the United Nations to produce a youth television series entitled Rock Your World which brings awareness to some of the world’s most important issues in a revolutionary way.  

Artur was born in Odessa, USSR and immigrated to the United States with his family at the age of four.   He graduated from Emory University with a BA in film theory and economics.
