Alison Kennedy - Director
Alison is Director of Investor Relations at Fireman Capital Partners. As the Head of Investor Relations, she is responsible for managing and developing all aspects of FCP's relationships with current, prospective, and new investors, which includes creating and implementing a best-in-class investor relations platform consistent with transparent and comprehensive client communication and reporting. Alison brings fourteen years of industry experience, eleven years of private equity specific experience, in both an investment and client capacity.
Prior to joining FCP, Alison spent four years at Adveq Management, a $4 billion Swiss-based private equity fund of funds, where she helped open a US-based office, and spearheaded Investor Relations and Business Development among the North American institutional investor and consultant community. Prior to joining Adveq in 2007, Alison was a Vice President at JPMorgan, where she worked for nine years. Within JPMorgan's private equity Fund of Funds Group, Alison held a dual role as a Portfolio Manager, making private equity investments, and co-leading the Investor Relations and Business Development efforts for seven years. The prior two years at JPMorgan, she worked in the Private Banking Group as an Investment Analyst where she was responsible for conducting analysis on client investment portfolios and reviewing estate planning documents. Previously, Alison was a Financial Advisor Associate at Sanford C. Bernstein, Inc. and a Statistical Analyst at Moody's Investor Services.
Alison attended Phillips Academy Andover then earned a B.S. in Economics, Marketing and Spanish from Providence College and an MBA (Finance) from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Alison has her Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 certifications.
