Ed Eskandarian

Operating Partner

Ed brings over 45 years of executive management and advertising experience to Fireman Capital Partners as an Operating Partner. Before starting his career in advertising, Ed was an engineer working for GE’s Missile and Space Division. After graduating Harvard Business School, Ed began a career in advertising in New York, working on P&G’s packaged goods business. He ultimately moved to Boston to become CEO of HBM/Creamer, a top 20 US agency, which he sold to London-based WCRS in 1986. In 1990, Ed left HBM/Creamer and purchased Arnold & Company, a small Boston-based advertising agency. Over the next ten years, Ed grew Arnold & Company from the country’s 130th ranked agency by size to the 15th largest. In 1998, Ed sold Arnold to Snyder communications, which subsequently was sold to Havas, a Paris-based advertising communications group. Ed continues as Chairman of Arnold Worldwide, which has over $1billion in billings and serves prestigious clients such as McDonald’s, Volvo, Progressive Insurance and Titleist. Additionally, Ed is Director of Engine Group Ltd in London and Lighthouse Publications. Ed serves as a member of the Board of the state-funded Children’s Trust Fund, and is a Trustee of both the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the University of Richmond.
