Fireman Capital Partners (FCP) was established in 2008 under Chairman Paul Fireman and Managing Partner Dan Fireman. Paul Fireman is the founder and former Chairman and CEO of Reebok International Ltd. (“Reebok”). For 26 years, Paul navigated and grew what became a multi-billion dollar global, consumer company. He has a proven ability to market, brand and identify up-and-coming brands and as the Chairman of FCP, Paul provides insight and guidance on investment opportunities and is instrumental in fostering extended network relationships.

Prior to founding FCP, Dan Fireman gained M&A experience by managing and divesting complex partnership structures. Prior to active portfolio management, Dan held leadership roles at Reebok, where he successfully contributed to building and sustaining a successful, multi-product consumer company brand. 

Dan elected to create an environment in which he could capitalize on both his investment and operational skill sets, as well as leverage the Fireman experience and network. He took the philosophy of identifying and nurturing brands and put it into a private equity environment, where he could partner with entrepreneurs, effect change within organizations and achieve growth. As a result of Dan’s leadership, Fireman Capital Partners came to fruition. 

Partners Marla Sabo and Liam Patrick joined Paul and Dan at FCP in 2009. Currently, FCP has an experienced core staff, skilled operating partners, and an extended network that includes over 100 industry experts. With each investment, FCP applies extraordinary operating resources.
